And on Tuesday – the day before the premiere of season two – actress Sophia Bush was looking fabulous as she visited the set of Extra to meet with host Mario Lopez.
While the 32-year-old showed off her svelte figure in a plunging black dress as she arrived at Universal City studios, she also sported the price tag on her designer shoes.Sophia showed off her decolletage in the low-cut frock which featured a bold floral motif on the front and a seductive sheer back and sleeves.
Her tiny waist was accentuated with a tie belt that complimented the wrap skirt – which finished just over the knee to display her toned legs.
The John Tucker Must Die star added height to her frame with ankle-strap stilettos and an elegant gold drop necklace.
Sophia Bush stopped by The Tonight Show last night dressed in a killer little white dress.
The Chicago P.D. actress stunned in a sexy and very revealing Robert Rodriguez dress that featured a plunging neckline and black ruffles.
But before meeting up with Jimmy Fallon on the main stage, the bubbly brunette revealed a few things that she loves while sitting in the greenroom backstage.
“Things that I heart, I heart cheeseburgers a lot,” Bush explained. “I heart them even more if they come with really good French fries, but not the skinny cut french fries, I like the fat cut ones because that’s just my preference.”

Earlier in the day, Bush made a guest appearance on the Today show and spoke out about her favorite charity, I Am That Girl, an organization that works to encourage girls to feel strong, secure and beautiful in their own bodies.
“I don’t think I’m perfect. I don’t wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and go, ‘Hey, I’m amazing!’ That’s not how it is,” she said on the morning program. “I’m a woman and it’s a struggle for all of us.”
She added, “And it took me until this point in my life at 31 to say, ‘Hey, yeah I’m going to embrace my body and own it for me, not anyone else. And I’m curvy. I’m not some rail-thin, 6-foot-tall runway model who was just born that way. I was born like this. And that’s A-OK.'”
She recently hosted the VH1 Do Something Awards on July 31, and now Sophia Bush is dishing on her community service efforts.
During a recent Q&A session with ELLE magazine, the former “One Tree Hill” star dished about becoming a spokesperson for Give With Target and her reaction to meeting the first lady of the United States, Michelle Obama.
Check out a few highlights from Miss Bush’s interview below. For more, be sure to visit ELLE!
On teaming up with Target:
“I was joking a couple of months ago saying, ‘If I had millions of dollars, I would just be working on education in America.’ Then, a group of us were having dinner for Lauren Bush Lauren’s FEED launch with Target, and I was talking about education. One of the creatives from the office was like, ‘Do you know what we do in September? We give away millions of dollars.’ It was sort of a perfect thing. Target commits five percent of its profits to charity every year.”
On her other career aspirations:
“I mean, who doesn’t secretly want to be a musician and make music like Johnnyswim or The Lumineers and just play the guitar acoustically all day? But if I wasn’t an actor, I’d probably be working in journalism. [I would write about] Current events: issue-based, expository things happening in the world. Some are hard, some are uplifting, some are really inspiring. I love that whole space. I just spoke at a conference for 1,500 young people about what it means to be a global citizen—to hold a passport that gives you entry into every country in the world. That’s a luxury we have now. If it were my job to run around and explore that, I would be pretty excited.”
On meeting Michelle:
“I just froze. I died. I’ve met [the President] once before, and I’ve worked with them on a few things, but I hadn’t met Michelle. [When I was introduced to] the First Lady, she said, ‘Well, look at you with your bangs! You know I’m just trying to be you!’ And pointed to my bangs and back at her face. And then I died. And I realized I was just staring at her. I think I actually audibly said, ‘I love you.’ And then I realized I was being awkward, and I turned around and walked away. Some Secret Service person was going to be like, ‘You’re having a seizure, you have to go.’ It was a pretty great compliment.”
“I would like to work on policy, but I find politics to be incredibly frustrating and slow-moving, and all of that bureaucracy and red tape just makes me crazy. I would be the first one to show up and just start yelling, ‘This is ridiculous!’ I don’t know if that would be the thing [to do]. I’d sort of prefer to affect it, outside in. We’ll see—who knows. Ask me in ten years!”
Stepping out for the most glamorous night in D.C., Sophia Bush attended the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton on Saturday (April 27). The “One Tree Hill” actress chose a cream-colored Lela Rose sleeveless dress with floral decoration on the top and a long train.
Sophia also got to meet Connie Britton and posted about it on Instagram. Check out pics below. Thanks to Claudia for the HQ’s!
And it happened again. #nerdprom #Connie – She is everything, as beautiful inside as outside, and brilliant to boot. #whitehousecorrespondentsdinner
Here’s another nontraditional Valentine’s Day love story for you (although, it’s more in line with the holiday than, say, Lil Wayne‘s V-Day offering): Passion Pit‘s “Carried Away” music video. Sophia Bush (of One Tree Hill fame) stars with frontman Michael Angelakos in the the playful clip, detailing their relationship through the good times and the bad via subtitles. A rebellious and competitive Sophia Bush spends half her time being cute and spunky and the other half mad at her boyf, who goes to great lengths to apologize to her each time (“sorry” in skywriting — good luck topping that today, fellas).
Their angry words come back to haunt them (literally) at the end of the video, but they’re able to fight them off (again, literally), which seems fitting for this bouncy, upbeat track. We’ll leave it up to your Valentine’s Day mood to decide whether the happy ending means happily ever after.
